I have noticed that on the library blogs I have seen there are few comments added by the public? Is this a problem? If library blogging is a way of getting information to the public is it the most efficient online way?
I think a lot of people like to read blogs and not comment publicly - perhaps there are ways to encourage the library public to engage in this kind of discussion with library staff. Ellen
Yeah, most of us are just 'Lurkers', someone who looks at others blogs without comment. That's the great thing about a blog. People can feel free to read but not share if they so choose.
